Rewards scheme rules

  • We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme, including interacting with fake accounts or any other prohibited points building strategy.
  • We reserve the right to deduct points if you remove content that you were previously awarded points for adding.
  • We reserve the right to verify invited email addresses and to deduct points for any that are deemed to be invalid.
  • The email invite system is for inviting personal contacts only, not for uploading mailing lists. Should any invites be deemed as non-personal, all associated points earned will be revoked.
  • Addictive Interactive can cancel or withdraw the scheme, prizes or any individual accounts at any time.
  • Rewards points are not transferrable.
  • Deleting your account will result in losing any rewards points that you have collected.

Collecting reward points

  • Points will be added to your account automatically according to the current Earn Points table.
  • We reserve the rights to amend the number of points rewarded for interactions included in the scheme.
  • Points are only rewarded for interactions detailed in the Earn Points table, we have the right to change, add or take away interaction rewarded at any point and as often as we wish.
  • Some interactions have a cap on the number of points that you can earn, for example you will only be awarded points for the first time you log in each day.

Spending rewards points

  • You can only use your rewards points to purchase items that appear in the rewards section.
  • Rewards points have a cash value of 0.0000001p and may only be redeemed by you against future purchases. We will not exchange rewards points for cash.
  • You cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service. You must collect the full amount of points needed for the product you choose. These will be deducted from the total you have left to spend.
  • We will endeavour to keep rewards items within the Spend Points rewards section, however all rewards items are donated by our sponsors and are subject to availability.

Reward item returns

  • Faulty rewards items must be sent back to Boden House.
  • 114-120 Victoria Road, London NW10 6NY within seven working days.
  • If we are unable to replace products purchased with rewards points then we will refund the points to your account.
  • We are not responsible for products and services from third party suppliers. These are offered according to that supplier's terms and conditions.
